In
thinking about my own time constraints, I wished people would make a
clear concise point, and wrap it up. So give me a #twog.
If
you have a more technical or robust topic, your #twog can migrate a
reader from tweet to full blown blog.
The

whether to proceed. It's their time. Respect it.
